I. Welcome, call to order, and flag salute
II. Public comment: up to 3 speakers, 1 minute each. Sign up before public comment begins.
III. Roll call and establishment of quorum
IV. Review, correct, and approve stakeholder election minutes: parent/legal guardian (Sept. 15); teachers (Sept. 15); other school personnel (Sept. 18); students (Sept. 23). Separate vote for each set. (ACTION ITEM)
V. Review, correct, and approve September 25, 2026, organizational meeting and officer-election minutes. (ACTION ITEM)
VI. Review the adopted 2026–27 SPSA and student achievement data; complete the annual SPSA evaluation using 2025–26 year-end results; consider approval for online submission by October 31. Brief SPSA and data training. (ACTION ITEM)
VII. Review Targeted Student Population (TSP) Plan goals, strategies, funds, and current school budget information.
VIII. Review District Title I Parent and Family Engagement Policy; review the process for family input on school policy and School-Parent Compact drafts for November approval.
IX. Review SSC bylaws and any needed future amendments; member-training follow-up; review proposed timeline for 2027–28 SPSA development and approval.
X. Announcements; plan two meetings in November and two in December for budget work, then monthly; proposed dates and future agenda requests.

The SSC will elect its Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, and Parliamentarian. Members will also review the 2026–2027 Integrated Safe School Plan.

All stakeholders—including students, parents and guardians, teachers, staff, and community members—are welcome to attend and participate in public comment.

Mount Lukens High School invites parents, legal guardians, and community members to participate in our School Site Council orientation and election.

Orientation: 9:00–9:25 a.m.
Election: 9:30–10:15 a.m.

Parents and legal guardians interested in serving on the School Site Council may obtain a nomination form from the main office. Nominations will also be accepted during the election meeting.
